Velcro Cleaning: standard front chest Velcro cleaning is included FREE of charge with full price blanket and sheet washes. There may be additional charges, no greater than $5 per blanket or sheet, for Velcro cleaning "above and beyond" the traditional front chest style. This includes "belly band" Velcro cleaning and blanket styles such as Rambo Optimo and Horze Avalanche as two examples of brands with "more than average" Velcro closures. Extra charges will be determined and based on each item, and how dirty the Velcro is.
REPAIRS start at $30 and may have additional fees if straps or hardware need to be replaced. All items must go thru a wash prior to repairing.
NEW ITEM REPAIR ONLY $40... if your item is NEW or is already clean
Fleece/Wool sheets and coolers or any item "lined" in fleece or wool has a $6 up-charge for hair removal. Extra fees may be added to any blanket at our discretion for "extreme" hair removal and cleaning, this also applies to excessive Velcro cleaning that is above the traditional front chest style.
