FARM PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS CURRENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE TO FARMS WITHIN 75 MILES OF CAPE COD, MA
I apologize for any inconvenience to our Off-Cape clients, due to a shortage of help as well as vehicle expenses significantly increasing, I have had to scale back this service at this time to farms within a 75 mile radius to Harwich Port. If you are a current client over the past few years, it is at our discretion to agree to travel further than the 75 mile distance and extra fees or requirements may apply. Please make sure you are regularly checking this website and following the business on Facebook and Instagram for any and all updates.
There is a Pick-Up fee based on distance as well as a Minimum Order requirement based on distance to qualify for farm pick-up service.
Our drop-off counter is another option for those wishing to save on the fee or if you cannot meet the minimum. The drop-off counter is open Monday thru Friday 8am to 3pm. Items must still be properly bagged for drop off. After hours drop-off is available by appointment. Drop off orders of more than 10 blankets must contact us to schedule a drop off day due to space restrictions.
How to prepare for your farm pick-up:
We ask that all items are "bagged and clearly labeled" and ready for the driver before they arrive to save on time for the pickup. You may use trash/contractor bags or any other suitable bag that is sturdy and can be closed tight to keep items from falling out during transport. Make sure all labels are "clearly written/typed and legible" with your Name, Phone Number, and any Special Instructions. Any item that requires a repair or waterproofing must be specified clearly, we do not automatically repair items without request from the client as not everyone wishes to spend the extra charge. Orders without special instructions will be Washed and Air-Dried only.
It is EXTREMELY helpful to include a "Master List" with each clients order that can be checked off as items are being washed. It is not uncommon for clients to think that they sent a certain item in for washing only to discover that it was still at the barn or in a tack trunk. The List gives a good reference point to prevent any concern of a missing item. Without an itemized list, I can't be sure the item actually made it to me for cleaning.
Once orders are completed, you will be emailed or texted your final invoice along with payment options. We accept Venmo, Paypal, Cash or Credit Card for orders. Once all payments are made or confirmed at the farm for the driver, we will schedule the return delivery. Please try to have payments in no later than 14 days from invoicing to help get orders out efficiently. I do not leave any orders that have not received payment. If you forgot to leave payment on the day of delivery, your order will come back to our office and you will need to arrange to pick it up here.
Farm Delivery Fees
Due to the significant rise in gas prices, vehicle maintenance fees and driver pay rates, we are unfortunately having to start charging a fee for our farm pick-up services. This fee covers both the pickup and return delivery in the pricing. Group orders can request to have the delivery fee evenly distributed on each clients invoice or the farm may choose to cover the cost themself.
5 miles or less $10 fee (10 blanket minimum)
6 miles to 15 miles $20 fee (10 blanket minimum)
16 miles to 25 miles $30 fee (10 blanket minimum)
26 miles to 35 miles $40 fee (15 blanket minimum)
36 miles to 45 miles $50 fee (15 blanket minimum)
46 miles to 60 miles $60 fee (20 blanket minimum)
61 miles to 75 miles $70 (20 blanket minimum)
* farms over 75 miles are "at our discretion" and delivery fees start at $75
We accept Venmo, Paypal (must use "friends and family") Cash or Credit Card for order payments, orders will not be delivered that are not pre-paid or have payment confirmed at the barn for our drivers.
